Open to full-time students (12 credit hours or more per semester) enrolled in an associate degree program with a 2.0 or higher GPA or a 2.5 GPA or higher in high school if the applicant has not previously attended college. Preference for students in Lancaster or Northumberland County, first-time entering RCC, academic aptitude, financial need, good citizenship with evidence of community service performed, and leadership qualities.
