The Northern Neck Electric Cooperative Scholarship

Recipient’s primary residence must be served by the Northern Neck Electric Cooperative in Lancaster, Northumberland, Westmoreland, Richmond, King George, or Stafford counties. Also, the student must possess a 2.0 GPA.
