David and Carolyn Scarbrough Hand to Hand Scholarship

Open to Northumberland County students who have successfully completed 12 credit hours with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above and demonstrated need. Recipients must enroll in at least 9 credit hours per semester at RCC.
