H. Marston Smith Memorial Scholarship

Open to students of the Northern Neck and Middle Peninsula who are attending RCC as full-time students (12 credit hours or more per semester) in the arts and science transfer program and plan to complete a baccalaureate degree. When applicants are equally qualified, the determining factor will be need. This is a full two-year scholarship; students must submit an application in the second year.
