Charles and Elizabeth Ryland Memorial Scholarship

Open to full-time (12 or more credit hours per semester) continuing RCC students. Preferred qualifications include: 1) demonstrated need; 2) resides in the following localities (in order of preference): Richmond, King and Queen County, the Northern Neck, or RCC’s service region; 3) enrolled in a transfer degree program; 4) demonstrated interest in History as an area of study.
