John H. Upton Leadership Scholarship

This scholarship recognizes academic achievement and leadership potential. Open to full-time (12 credit hours or more per semester), degree-seeking transfer students who have completed at least 30 credits of course work at RCC with a cumulative GPA of 3.5. Applicants must show evidence of leadership potential and involvement in community or campus activities.
